Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of MORANELITH based on the stage of completion.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 business days.
MORANELITH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all completed work and reimbursable expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Upon full payment, deliverables created by MORANELITH become the property of the client, unless otherwise specified in writing. MORANELITH retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the principal place of business of MORANELITH. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that territory.
